Hey everyone, I’m Raquel Lewis, better known as Rocky. I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia but reside in Sacramento, California. A few things about myself, I am 28 years old, very energetic, goofy, positive vibes only. I am such a busy body, I LOVE to be on the move and try new things. I’m very active but one thing I do not play with is my sleep lol. I love to reset by getting my beauty sleep. I am a certified personal trainer and owner of Pretty Sassy Fitness. LOL, I’m not quite sure how I came up with that name but what I do know is that I am passionate about empowering women through fitness. Showing each client I work with that they are beautiful, powerful, independent and all that might come with a little SASS. When you think of a trainer they are everywhere and they all do pretty much the same workouts. I wanted to stand out and bring something to my community that would be refreshing. Would you like to know my secret? Okay, I guess I’ll let you in on it. The secret is… *drum roll please* making a connection with my ladies. I know, so simple but it is a MUST that my clients get a full experience every time we encounter. I’m not just there to give you workouts and stand over you, I’m there to push you to limits you’ve never been. I’m eager to help shift mindsets to manifest positivity, transforming your body naturally, and most importantly fall in love with YOUR body type. Oh wait, I almost forgot, we HAVE to add a few dance moves in there. Fitness should be taken seriously but we also have a little fun! With all that being said, who’s up to the challenge?
